Milestone Radio is a one-time $4.99 USD digital purchase, not a subscription. Paddle is the merchant of record and processes approved refunds.

Before payment

Creating a project and collecting voices is free. Before paying, the organizer may leave checkout, reopen collection, or delete the project without charge. If an order is still pending, do not pay again; return to My radios and use the available cancellation or recovery action.

Failed or materially defective delivery

If a verified payment was taken but the service cannot deliver the purchased radio after reasonable technical retries, or the delivered product is materially defective or not as described, contact us. We may first offer a safe retry or replacement. If the problem cannot be resolved, we will work with Paddle on an eligible full or partial refund.

Change of mind and withdrawal rights

Refund and withdrawal rights vary by country. Some consumers have a cooling-off period for online purchases. For digital content or services, that right may change after delivery begins if the consumer expressly agrees and acknowledges the consequence. Checkout presents the transaction terms that apply to the buyer's location.

Outside a mandatory right or a delivery problem, a personalized radio may not be refundable after processing or delivery has begun. Paddle may still review a request on a case-by-case basis. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights or other rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

How to request a refund

Use the order-support link in the Paddle receipt or open Paddle buyer support. You may also contact Milestone Radio.

Include the order or transaction ID, purchase email, date, and a short description of the issue. Do not send card numbers, voice files, passwords, or private capability links.
